One of the nice things about this project is how much of my "stash" yarn I have been able to use up. Baby hats don't take a ton of yarn, so it's been great for all those bits I can't seem to bring myself to throw away. This hat, however, cut it a bit close. This is a picture of how much yarn I had left. Yikes. I was holding my breath through the last stitches.....
What is this week's hat you may be asking? Why, it's a super, super, super cute donkey hat! I did complete it in plenty of time--and by plenty of time I mean at 7:30 tonight--but the Squeaker was already in bed so I'll have to take pictures in the morning!
